You are not too much.
You are not too little.
You are enough.
For teenagers navigating identity, belonging and the question of who they really are.

Does this sound like someone you know?
- They feel like they don’t fit in — anywhere
- They’re obsessing over how they look and whether they measure up
- They’ve withdrawn from the family and shut the door
- Their confidence has collapsed and you don’t know why
- They’re asking big questions about who they are and why they’re here
These are not just teenage phases. They are real struggles that deserve real attention.

What I do
I work with teenagers in a space that is entirely theirs — no parents, no judgement, no agenda other than helping them understand themselves better. My goal is simple: to help them see that their value is not tied to their appearance, their social status, or how they perform.
They have worth. Intrinsic, unconditional worth. My job is to help them believe it — and build their life from that foundation.
“We all work from a set of values that shape our actions. For young people, the most important work is discovering what those values actually are — before the world tells them what they should be.”
Cornell Pretorius

For parents
If your teenager is struggling, you may feel helpless. You can see the problem but can’t reach them. I can.
I offer individual sessions for teenagers, as well as separate parent consultations so you understand what’s happening and how to support the process. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

How we work
Individual Sessions
A confidential space for the young person to explore who they are without pressure or performance.
Parent Consultations
Separate sessions to help parents understand the process and how to support their teenager at home.
Online Sessions
Many teenagers are more comfortable online. Sessions available via video call.
